ONLINE PURCHASES REFUND POLICY
Our returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For health and personal hygiene purposes, we are unable to provide refunds, exchange or credit note for the following:
- Hair pieces
- Veils
- Earrings
- Necklaces
- Gift Boxes, garment bags
- Fabric swatches
- Additional fabric
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
No returns available on sale items.
Refunds
We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty or not as advertised, we will happily provide you with a refund, exchange or credit provided:
- You notify us within 24 hours from delivery date providing a description of the fault in your itemsalong with pictures as proof via email to salesrsvp@gmail.com
- Your claim of the fault has been reviewed and approved by our staff. Please contact us immediately if dress has arrived damaged or faulty so we may resolve the issue promptly.
Once item received in store your request will be processed within 24 business hours. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to reach your account.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges/Credit Note
It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer an exchange or credit note (some exclusions apply) in cases which:
- The item does not fit you (please refer to size chart before ordering)
- you have changed your mind
Provided that:
- The item is unworn and in original condition, unwashed with tags attached
- The item is NOT a sale item. Sale purchases are final with no return available
- Returns will not be accepted where item is not able to be re-sold. Please be mindful when trying on garments that no makeup, jewellery, deodorant, perfume, odour or pet hair come into contact with the garment. Your parcel will simply be returned to you.
Shipping Returns
You have 21 days from date of purchase to return item.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of an item found faulty. In this case we will refund your return shipping costs.
Please email us first at enquiries.rsvpbridal@gmail.com with your order number, name, address, contact number, description and reason for return.
You will be provided with a return address and a returns slip to be included in your parcel. If item received after the 21 day limit, item will be returned to you.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
IN STORE REFUND/LAYBY POLICY
Please choose carefully as we do not offer an exchange or refund for change of mind or change of circumstances. There are no refunds on any deposits for special orders once an order has been placed. If you do not wish to proceed with your order you forfeit your deposit.
No refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sales are final.
If an item is found to have faults it must be returned within 24 hours of purchase, however after this time it is classified as wear and tear. If an item is found to have faults it is up to the discretion of the store as to whether it is fixed, exchanged or refunded. We cannot refund any items where garments have been washed or laundered as we can not take responsibility for this.
IN STORE LAYBY – FORMAL DRESSES
We welcome layby’s in store on all items. If you see an item online you wish to layby, simply call us on (02) 6652 7000 and we can process this for you over the phone. Once layby has been fully paid we will ship your item to the address you have provide.
Please read our layby terms and conditions carefully as by placing a layby with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Layby Term:
Layby on sale items is a total of two weeks only.
On all other items, layby is available on a six week term and must be paid weekly or fortnightly and paid in full before collection. If you wish to extend your layby term, simply contact us as we are happy to make alternative arrangements.
Deposit:
A 25% non-refundable deposit of the total of the layby amount is required to begin your layby.
Cancellation:
Failure to make payments or collect layby’s by the due date will be treated as a cancellation of the layby by the customer (unless alternative arrangements have been made). In these instances, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the monies paid, less a termination fee of the original 25% deposit. Customers will need to return in store, or contact us via phone or email with their original layby details in order to cancel their layby and redeem their refund of anything paid over 25%.
